of End-of-Waste operations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following a period of legal confusion after the adoption of the Green Industry Act, the rules governing the traceability of end-of-waste operations will be clarified by a decree amending Article R.541-3 of the Environmental Code.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-36814 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/paradigmes-avocats.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/etienne-girardet-NM0RDJceEC0-unsplash-scaled-e1770793719947.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"532\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is now certain that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>waste that ceases to be waste due to its incorporation into products manufactured by a product manufacturing facility (\u201cimplicit\u201d end-of-waste procedure) does not need to be declared in the national waste register;<\/li>\n<li>waste that has ceased to be waste in accordance with European regulations or national decrees setting criteria for the end-of-waste status (explicit end-of-waste procedure) must be declared in the national waste register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-36721 size-full\"
